Tata Motors Moves Court over Bill Scraping Singur Deal

Tata Motors  falls through on Mamta faux pas over Singur land, moving Calcutta high court on Tuesday night, challenging the legality of the Singur land return Act.

2G Scam: SC to hear Kanimozhi bail plea today

The Supreme Court will today hear the bail plea of DMK Chief Karunanidhi's daughter and party MP Kanimozhi.,
She has been named by the CBI as the co-conspirator in the 2G spectrum scam, along with former Telecom Minister A Raja.


Both the trial court and the Delhi High Court have denied her bail.
