Admitting that finance minister Pranab Mukherjee and home minister P Chidambaram had a"working difference"on the controversial finance ministry note on the 2G issue, law minister Salman Khurshid on Sunday said there was nothing wrong in Congress chief Sonia Gandhi cracking the whip to bring about a truce.
Terming the finance ministry note an"orphan inference", Khurshid told a TV channel that Sonia wanted an early end to the controversy so that the media did not capitalize on what was at best a"working difference". Asked if the patch up happened because Sonia cracked the whip, Khurshid said there was nothing wrong in the Congress president giving directions to any of the party leaders."I'm saying what's wrong with Sonia Gandhi saying to anyone of us,'This is for more details....
